Public Announcement of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis. The Government intends to procure access to John Wiley & Sons, Inc Online Book Series: Advances in Electrochemical Science and Engineering, Ceramic Engineering and Science Proceedings for the Air Force Research Lab D'Azzo Library. NAICS: 519130, FSC: 7630, SIZE STANDARD: 1000 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed source is John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be reviewed by the Air Force. The Government will consider any responses received within 5 days of this posting. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement, and the Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
