Full Description

The project is proposing to amend the existing Use Permit and Reclamation Plan to expand the quarry excavation area and allow continued mining activities at the site for an additional 20 years. The proposed project would allow for the continued removal, crushing and stockpiling of aggregate onsite. The amendment is necessary as a previous operator did not mine according to the approved reclamation plan, making the approved final slopes unachievable.
