Window and Exterior Door Replacement

The scope of work required under this request includes the complete replacement of all window assemblies and door systems as indicated on Drawings A2 & A3. All work is to be inclusive of all membrane tie-ins, trims, sealants and related work as shown on subsequent detail drawings.The Form of Tender included within this document provides a description of the quantity of work to be completed for this project. Bidders will be required to provide unit prices for each component within the scope of work.A full time, experienced site supervisor must be employed on site for the duration of the Project. The site supervisor cannot perform any other work on site other than supervising the work and acting as a liaison with the County and the project Engineer.The site supervisor must have supervised similar work within the past three years directly related to the type of work involved within this contract as well as the safe use of swing stage platforms, above ground concrete forming/pouring and related work
