HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for window replacement in Building 536 at Rusk State Hospital. Pre-Bid Meeting ADA Accommodations People who require ADA accommodations and wish to attend or participate in the pre-bid meetings and require auxiliary aids or services should contact the Sole Point of Contact identified in Section 6.1 (Sole Point of Contact and Communications), at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting in order to have reasonable accommodations made by HHSC. Attendance Log Attendees, in person, are required to sign an attendance log at the conference or on-site visit. HHSC will not be held responsible for an attendee’s failure to sign in on the attendance log.For conference calls and webinars, participants will be added to the attendance log and should have the following information ready and properly announced or submitted: Legal business entity name or name of individual which will be used if submitting a response to this IFB or subcontractor acting on behalf of the legal business entity; Name and title of each representative on the call or webinar; and E-mail address for the point of contact.
