THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.


All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.


The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell Air Force Base is searching for qualified vendors publishing this SOURCES SOUGHT seeking a contractor capable of the professional installation of frosted window tinting on thirteen (13) designated exterior windows of the Mission Planning Cell (MPC) (Refer to attached Performance Work Statement). The window film utilized shall be equivalent to SX-1002 (Clear Sand Blast) in meeting the government’s requirements for privacy, light diffusion, and facility standards. Offerors proposing an 'or equal' product must provide specifications demonstrating that their proposed product meets or exceeds all salient characteristics.


The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, specialized equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the installation. This includes comprehensive site preparation, surface cleaning prior to application, and final debris removal. The Contractor must ensure that all work is conducted with minimal disruption to the facility and without degrading the operational integrity or physical security of the workspace.


The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.


Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. 22 CONS/PKA will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Responses are due no later than 2 July 2026 at 1200 CDT.
