D2. SCOPE OF WORK D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Concrete and waterproofing repairs within the active Winnipeg Police Services facility. (b) Sequencing and phasing the work to accommodate continuous use and occupancy by the Winnipeg Police Service. (c) Development and implementation of dust and silica protection procedures for the protection of contractor’s workers and prevent dust and silica migration to other occupied areas of the facility. (d) Localized removal and replacement of a bonded concrete overlay to the Level 1 slab. (e) Localized horizontal top surface, through slab and soffit repairs to the concrete structural slab. (f) Localized vertical concrete repairs. (g) Localized concrete repairs to concrete encased steel beams. (h) Localized trough strapping of concrete encased steel beams. (i) Localized crack repairs. (j) Localized recoating of traffic bearing membrane to the Level 1 slab.
