The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below. The delivery is requested at:

Item 1 and 2
The Wipe Test Kit (WTK) must be commercially available solution employed to sample areas, on either wet or dry surfaces, that are potentially contaminated with radioactivity. The Contractor must provide 500 WTK per box.
The WTK must consist of the following components:
a. A pressure sensitive release paper that folds in half and is used to hold the self-sticking cloth disc.
b. Chain of Custody information block, clearly printed on each WTK.
The information block will be usable with both ballpoint and felt-tipped pens.
The information block must have dedicated space to include, at a minimum:
i. Unique identifier (i.e. ID #)
ii. Date
iii. Time
iv. Location
v. Notes
vi. Technician
c. A water based adhesive self-sticking cloth disc:
i. Made of non-hazardous synthetic fibers;
ii. With a diameter of 4.5cm (1.75 inches) +/-10%; and
iii. Capable of sampling suspected radioactivity from either wet or dry surfaces.
d. The contractor must provide the following cataloguing information for the WTK for the creation of a Nato Stock Number:
i. Technical documentation package that includes the kit's photo, detailed description, and part number(s).
Bidders must provide the Part Number and manufacture (NCAGE).
Item 1 - Quantity: 150, Unit of Issue: BX, to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal
Item 2 - Quantity: 50, Unit of Issue: BX, to be delivered to 7 CF Supply Depot
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
