The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A)) "Unusual and Compelling Urgency". The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price modification to an existing contract to Cellco Partnership located at 180 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, NJ, 07921-2123, for Wireless Product and Services for HUD's mobile devices. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AVAILABLE AS THIS IS A MODIFICATION. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a Request For Quote/Proposal. Any interested party that believes it can meet this requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 10:00 AM EST on September 11, 2019. Responses must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Carmen Calloway at carmen.l.calloway@hud.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this modification based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
