PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with T-Mobile USA, Inc., 12920 Southeast 38th St, Bellevue, WA, 98006-1350 is the sole source provider of Wireless Services for U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, Cuba that meets DON's requirements. It is intended to acquire Wireless Mobile Devices and Airtime services to be acquired to meet the agency's unique mission in order to meet its minimum needs, with a period of performance of Base plus 4 Option Years, to T-Mobile USA. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(A) This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is517312, the size standard is 1500 (# of employees). Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by T-Mobile USA, Inc. as they are the sole authority authorized to provide these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 09:00 am, EST, 23 May 2018 by email to the attention of Paula Poe, Contract Specialist, at contact@example.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
