Solicitation SPE4A6-27-T-6202 is a fixed-price procurement issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division for 15 wiring harnesses (NSN 6150-01-451-1108). The contract requires delivery to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania, with a need ship date of May 25, 2027, and shipping terms established as FOB Origin. A critical requirement of this award is the First Article Test (FAT), requiring the contractor to test three units and submit a report within 60 calendar days of the contract date. Due to the FAT requirement, this procurement is not eligible for automated award. The contractor must adhere to strict quality and security standards, including ISO 9001:2015, CMMC Level 2 certification, and Item Unique Identification per MIL-STD-130. Technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, and the contractor must maintain supply chain traceability documentation. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, with sampling conducted per MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. This is not a small business set-aside, though a price evaluation preference is available for certified HUBZone Small Business Concerns. Offers utilizing additive manufacturing are ineligible for award.
