THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) CONSISTING OF A BASE YEAR AND FOUR 1- YEAR OPTION PERIODS AND WILL BE SOLICITED UTILIZING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURCES.
