AI Contract Overview
This contract pertains to a wiring harness identified by NSN 6150-01-699-7336, with a requirement for exactly one unit to be delivered within five days of award. The item is source-controlled and must be manufactured and tested exclusively using limited rights data that the government cannot provide; only vendors with verified access to this data or direct traceability to approved sources are eligible to quote. Compliance with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements is mandatory, and all technical and quality stipulations referenced by R or I numbers within the document must be followed as defined in the official DLA repository. The contract enforces strict sampling protocols under MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, mandating zero non-conformances unless otherwise specified, with verification levels and AQLs applied based on attribute classification. Export control is stringent: the technical data involved falls under ITAR or EAR, prohibiting any disclosure to foreign persons or entities without prior authorization from the Department of State or Commerce, with DFARS 252.225-7048 applying fully. Access to controlled data is restricted to contractors holding a valid US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification, having completed mandatory DLA training and questionnaires, and receiving explicit approval from DLA. Physical identification and marking of the item must adhere to RQ017 requirements, and all packaging must conform to DLA procurement standards. Additionally, the supplier must comply with the removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies. The solicitation, issued under SPE4A0-26-T-3880, closes on July 22, 2026, with performance based in Vallejo, California.
