Solicitation SPE4A6-27-R-X108 is an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) issued by the DLA Weapons Support ASC Commodities Division for the procurement of branched electrical wiring harnesses (NSN 6150-00-907-0058). The contract has a base period of five years or until the aggregate total of orders reaches 350,000 dollars. The estimated annual demand is 51 units, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 13 units for the base year. Delivery is required within 126 days after receipt of order to various CONUS stock locations. This is a total small business set-aside, and the government will determine the best value based on a comparative assessment of price, past performance, and quoted delivery. This is a source controlled item that must be manufactured and tested according to cited limited rights data, which the government cannot provide; therefore, vendors must already have access to the data or provide traceability to approved sources. Due to the nature of the technical data, the item is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and completed DLA export-controlled training. Compliance requirements include CMMC Level 2 certification, DLA packaging requirements (RP001), and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Quotations are due by November 13, 2026, via the DIBBS portal or email.
