*WITHDRAWN PER PUBLIC AGENCY* No Overnight Parking Signs Tier 1-4 Countywide

The County of Ventura Public Works Agency is implementing a project to install No Parking 9PM to 5AM signs on designated county streets and highways near agricultural land. The primary objective of this initiative is to prohibit overnight parking, camping, and related activities to protect human health, water quality, agricultural soils, and other environmental resources. The project is located throughout unincorporated Ventura County and is categorized as categorically exempt from environmental review under CEQA Guidelines sections 15303, 15307, and 15308. Administrative records indicate that a Notice of Exemption for this project was filed on November 20, 2025, following approval by the Roads and Transportation department on November 18, 2025. However, a subsequent filing under SCH 2026010117 was identified as a duplicate of the original entry SCH 2025110999. Consequently, the public agency requested the withdrawal and removal of the duplicate notice in January 2026 to correct the system records.
