ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. The City of Waterbury has identified the existing Wilby High School field, located at 568 Bucks Hill Road in Waterbury, CT, to be reconstructed including, but not limited to, all necessary grade revisions and drainage requirements to upgrade the condition of the existing field.
