VENDOR TO PROVIDE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND OPERATOR REQUIRED TO UNLOAD POLES AT OUR POLE YARDS. NES WILL ACCEPT DELIVERY MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 6:30AM - 2:30PM CST.
