Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management is receiving proposals until 1:00 PM local time on August 13, 2026 for architectural/engineering services for the Woodrow Police Precinct Roof Restorations project. The scope of the work includes design, engineering, and construction contract administration services for renovations to 170,000 S.F. of roof at 724 & 770 E.
