Bid #PWD-2026-01: The Town of Woodside is seeking a consultant firm to provide code enforcement services. The services are required for four or five days a week, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work as directed by staff. The consultant will perform services according to the Scope of Services outlined in Exhibit A. Desirable, but not required, certifications include CCEO, ICC Property Maintenance Certifications, California Association of Code Enforcement Officers (CACEO) Module I (Basic) Certification, and California PC832 Certificate. Proposals must include a description of the consultant's understanding and approach, staff resumes, a list of similar projects for public agencies, and a separate cost proposal with hours, rates, and a total not-to-exceed fee.
