Workplace Booking Tool Request for Information INTENT The National Capital Commission (NCC) is looking for a tool to manage workplace bookings that allows staff to book and check-in to workstations and different types of work points at its new corporate headquarters in Ottawa. To achieve this, the NCC would like to understand the different types of booking tools available and how they work from both the staff perspective, as well as for the other key users: Human Resources and Facilities Management. The NCC also seeks to understand the different types of booking models available (i.e., floors, neighborhoods, individual workstations, etc.). ENQUIRIES All enquiries and other communications related to this RFI shall be directed exclusively to the email address below. Since this is not a process of notifying qualified bidders, NCC will not necessarily respond to enquiries in writing or by circulating answers to all respondents; however, respondents with questions regarding this RFI may direct their enquiries to: philippe.lupien@ncc-ccn.ca. The use of email to communicate is preferred. Please ensure the subject line states: Response to RFI – Workplace Booking Tool RETURN TO Please return your responses to the National Capital Commission, by email at the following address: Bids-soumissions@ncc-ccn.ca Please refer to NCC tender file # PL013.
