The Province is seeking qualified suppliers to enter into a Standing Arrangement for the supply of Wound Care products, specifically from the Cardinal and Derma Science brands. Suppliers must submit complete pricing for all products listed in the contract's Appendix B, as partial submissions will be disqualified. The Standing Arrangement will allow the Province to purchase these goods on an as-needed basis without any guaranteed volume or commitment, and it does not grant exclusivity, meaning the Province retains the option to procure these products through other means or agreements. The contract is expected to begin on April 1, 2026, and run for an initial three-year term until March 31, 2029, with the possibility of five one-year extensions at the Province's sole discretion. The selection will be based on the highest scoring respondent meeting all mandatory requirements and qualifications. All inquiries must be directed via email to the designated contracting authority, with official communications and document submissions to follow procedures outlined in the contract’s RFx documents. The closing date for submissions is February 19, 2026.
