The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received an urgent request from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor(s) to provide all-inclusive intake and support services at the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Starr Commonwealth Emergency Intake Site (EIS) in Albion, Michigan. The Contractor shall provide Case Management, Medical Services, Behavioral Health Services, Line of Sight Supervision, Education, and Recreational Services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor must provide these services to ensure the care, safety, and timely release of the UC to verified sponsors or transfer to another ORR provider.
