WRRF West Substation Transformer Repair

The City of Hayward is soliciting bids for the complete repair of the West Substation transformer at the Water Resource Recovery Facility in Hayward, California. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide new windings, new insulation, 466 gallons of new FR3 fluid, and a light-gray paint finish to return the Square D Schneider Electric unit to full service.
