The Washington State Patrol (WSP) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. WSP intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSP to purchase fifteen (15) MSA 4500psig G1 Fire Service Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Units and Carbon Cylinders.
