The Wyoming State Construction Department, Construction Management Division (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 9, 2024, for the Wyoming Boys School Storage/Facilities Maintenance Building project located in Worland, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of demolition of existing facilities maintenance building, lean-to and nearby pump house, and construction of a new 80'x100' pre-engineered metal building that will serve as the new Facilities Maintenance and Shop Building. The paving, approaches and adjacent grading to the building will be adjusted to serve the new building. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. MT on July 23, 2024, starting at Wyoming Boys School, 1550 SH-20, Worland, WY 82401. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 2:00 p.m. MT on July 26, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on August 2, 2024. Questions received after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 26, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
