Wyoming State Capitol Drainage Project

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the State Construction Department, Construction Management Division, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 17, 2024, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Wyoming State Capitol Drainage project, located at 200 West 24 th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. Project Description: The work consists of removing and replacing sidewalk, installation of a drainage sump with liners and drain rock, installation of storm pipe, clean-outs, sidewalk channel drains, a storm water lift station, a storm water force main with a concrete outlet channel, and replacement of landscaping and other associated work at the Wyoming State Capitol building. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, starting at the Capitol steps at 200 West 24 th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 9, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 12, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on July 9, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. July 17, 2024 . A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
