FEDBIZZOPS Advertisement for: American Lk-DuPont, Washington Office Space Lease SOL# VA-260-11-RP-1440 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking approximately 3,500 - 4,500 square feet of office space, in the Vancouver, Washington area. The property shall be located within an area roughly square, described as follows: North Boundary -Veterans Drive SW Section of Roadway bordering the Northern boundary of American Lake North Park Running East to West extended to the Bay to Interstate 5, West Boundary - Hogum Bay Shoreline/Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge Border Extended, South Boundary - US Interstate 5 Extended & East Boundary -US Interstate 5 Extended. Preferably, the space shall be divided into the following estimated areas: " Office spaces " Cubicle spaces " Conference room space Exact square footage per delineated space/room to be determined. Restroom facilities shall either be contained within the space or shall be readily available within common areas of the building. The space may be either on the first floor or on an upper floor that is accessible by elevator. The space must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Parking, both handicapped and regular must be readily available. Convenient access to public transportation is a plus. All utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer, shall be included in the lease. Janitorial services to be included in the lease. The duration of the proposed lease shall be a base period of five (5) years followed by five (5) one-year options. Subject to Availability of Funds. Any offers/pricing in response to a subsequent follow-on Solicitation for Offers must remain valid at a minimum through October 15, 2011.
