The United States Geological Survey is interested in leasing approximately 27,000 usable square feet of warehouse space with wharf/port access to routinely accommodate a 92' vessel and several times per year, accommodate a vessel up to 250' with a draft up to 15'. In addition, the space must have approximately 3 acres of ware yard space. The delineated area is Seaport Blvd, East of 101 in Redwood City, CA. Occupancy is desired by July 31, 2003. The preferred lease term is ten years, with five years firm; however, this term is negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the building name and address, square feet (expressed as both rentable square feet and usable square feet).
