Rental of Space Description: LEASED SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in the Central Business District of Philadelphia, PA. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease 8,500 ANSI/BOMA warehouse area square feet for use by Tenant for storage. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded: The Northern Boundary is Vine Street from 20th to Broad and then Arch Street from Broad to Second. The Southern Boundary is Walnut. Eastern Boundary is 2nd Street and Western Boundary is 20th Street. LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by April 21, 2006 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
