The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Richardson, Alaska, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Strategic Management Group, Inc., doing business as (DBA) Eagan Center, 555 W 5th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(2) or 41 USC 253(c)(2); FAR 13.106-1(2)(b): Soliciting a single source, for rental of the Sullivan Arena. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercially available items. Only one responsible source is reasonably available in Anchorage Alaska. Strategic Management Group, Inc. is the only known responsible source. Strategic Management Group, Inc. will provide rental space, all necessary supplies, audio equipment, first aid, briefing rooms, parking spaces, and staff. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 531120 and the size standard is $7.0M. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
