The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yielding a minimum of 4,200 net usable square feet in Santa Fe, New Mexico for use as a Readjustment Counseling Center. The space must be handicap / ADA compliant and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 20-25 vehicles is required, 2 (two) must be designated Disabled/Handicapped; additionally, a space for the mobile vet center must be provided, either onsite or at a nearby location which is approved by the Contracting Officer. This will be a fully serviced lease with a lease term of ten (10) years with the VA having the option to vacate the premises after the 5th anniversary with 90 days notice. The available space must be within the following delineated area: Highway 599 Highway 84 I-25 A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA personnel Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
