Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Stamford, Texas that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 250 to 1250 contiguous rentable square feet of medical office and related medical space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 250 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for seven (7) years. After the 3rd anniversary of the commencement of the term of the Lease, the Government, at its sole discretion may notify the Lessor of the early termination of the Lease by giving at least 90 days written advance notice to the Lessor. The space must be available for occupancy by 6/30/2011. The delineated area is within the city limits of Stamford, Texas. Other applicable requirements include: " Proximity to Hwy 277 and HWY 6 " Six (6) VA dedicated parking spaces " Full Service Lease Requirement (not limited to all utilities, janitorial service(s), landscaping, pest control, air conditioning, plumbing, elevators, miscellaneous). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
