This space is required no later than APRIL 1, 2003. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: First Consideration will be given to the CBD NORTH: by N.B. Baroody; EAST: to Ravenel St., proceed west on E. Evans, by Railroad St; SOUTH: by Cheves St; WEST: by Coit St. If adequate competition is not achieved, consideration will be given within: NORTH: W. Darlington St between Hoffmeyer Rd. and Cashua Dr; EAST: by Cashua Dr; SOUTH: W. Palmettto; and WEST: W. Evans to McLeod Blvd. by Dozier Blvd to Hoffmeyer Rd at W. Darlington. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous floor plan space in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? construction and location shall embody a corporate professional office park image.
