Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: NORTH: Bethabara Park Blvd. (Intersection of Bethabara Park Blvd & Reynolda Rd) to intersection of Bethabara Park Blvd & University Parkway; EAST: Beginning at intersection of I-40 & Highway 52 North (Hwy 311) to intersection of Business I-40 & Highway 52 North. Veer west on Business I-40 and then turn north on Patterson Ave. Continue on Patterson Ave and turn west on 7th St. Boundary extends west to Cherry St and then turn north again on Cherry which eventually turns into University Parkway.
