This space is required no later than DECEMBER 4, 2004. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: NORTH: Flowers-Pridgen Dr., Brick Yard Rd., Warrior Tr.; EAST: Spivey Rd. to Jefferson St. east, to Davis Ave. south, to Blue Jean Rd. east, to Tram Rd., south to Maultsby St., south; SOUTH: Main St. west to Franklin St. to Lee St. north to Main St. west; WEST: Powell Blvd. including College St. and the corridor between College St. and Washington St. including and ending at Spruce St. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for a contiguous floor plan space in a quality building of sound, substantial Class - A type construction and location shall embody a corporate professional office park image. Industrial/warehouse sites or sites adjacent to railroads are not acceptable. Overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1.
