Intended use is solely for storage with shelving. If space is adjacent to another tenant's premises, demising wall will require mesh fortification to meet security requirement. Perimeter windows less than 18 feet from the ground will require installation of man bars and/or cage screening. Sites within a 100-year floodplain will not be considered. If solicited, prospective offerors will need to provide fire protection and life safety evaluation and pre-lease building security plan with initial bid. Occupancy is targeted to occur no later than October 1, 2008. LEASE TERM: Lease term is five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Area of consideration is in San Jose, specifically bounded by Hwy 101 on the North; I-85 and Silver Creek Valley Road on the South; Hwy 101 on the East; and De Anza Boulevard on the West.
