Parking is required for 13 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 56 months, 38 months firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Contiguous space located on one floor is preferred. Building must include a loading dock or acceptable alternative, i.e. scissor lift or some way to facilitate delivery/unloading of 40-foot tractor-trailer shipments. Freight elevator or passenger elevator used for freight is required if space is above or below ground level. Elevator must be equipped to handle heavy loads and large enough to accommodate a standard pallet (48" x 40") without breaking down pallet.
