The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a long-term lease of approximately 10,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of office space in Augusta, GA, to replace its current leased space which expires on January 31, 2023. This lease will be a fully serviced agreement, covering all utilities, maintenance, and services within the rent. The VA is open to considering alternative spaces if they prove to be economically advantageous and will take into account relocation costs such as the physical move and setup of voice and data systems when evaluating whether to relocate or opt for a sole-source acquisition. Interested parties are asked to submit written expressions of interest by May 13, 2022, at 4:00 PM Eastern, including the building address, total RSF, and net usable square feet (NUSF), excluding common non-usable areas. Respondents must provide firm name, contact information, and must direct their submissions to the Lease Contracting Officer, Craig Magee. This announcement is a sources-sought notice and not a solicitation or request for lease proposal, and the VA will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this inquiry.
