The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease approximately 3,600 rental square feet (3,130 net usable square feet) of office space in Lawrenceville, GA, following the expiration of its current lease on July 15, 2022. The new lease term is expected to be ten years, with five firm years followed by five optional years, and the space must be available for occupancy starting October 1, 2022. The VA is open to economically advantageous alternative spaces and will consider relocation costs—including physical and technology moves—in its final decision regarding leasing or sole-source acquisition. Interested parties must submit expressions of interest in writing by July 15, 2022, at 4:00 PM Eastern time. Submissions should include the building address, total rental and net usable square footage, and contact information such as firm name, contact person, address, phone, and email. This announcement is a sources-sought notice to gather market information and not a solicitation or request for proposals; the VA will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding.
