XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL is seeking proposals for BMIC/Smartnet for the equipment listed below: 1) 2 Cisco FPR1140-NGFW-K9 firewalls 2) 3 Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches 3) 2 Cisco 2960X 24-port switches 4) 5 Cisco 2960X 48-port Switches 5) 4 Cisco C1300-16P-4X Switches 6) 1 Cisco C1300-24FP-4X Switch 7) 51 Meraki Access Points
The school is also seeking Internal Connections to replace (2) Switches as labeled in attached spreadsheet with the remaining switches having their SmartNet contracts renewed for a period of 1 year. The replacement devices are requested as Cisco or Meraki, but equivalent would be considered based on price. They should also have manufacturer support contracts for 1year. Additionally, the school has 51 Meraki Access Points, of which they are looking to replace up to 25 including 1yearr service contracts, with the remainder having their service contracts renewed for a period of 1year. All bid responses or questions should be sent to erateconsulting@solixinc.com. Responses that are not sent to this address will not be considered. Although not a mandatory requirement, service providers should indicate if they are willing to invoice USAC directly, providing the school with the applicable discounts on their monthly billing.
