ONLY OFFERS RECEIVED (SDVOSB) CONCERN WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) CONSISTING OF A BASE YEAR AND FOUR 1- YEAR OPTION PERIODS AND THIS IS A FULLY COMPETITIVE REQUIREMENT AND WILL BE UTILIZING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION OF SOURES.
