Space Delta 2's operational squadron in Virginia is seeking potiential offerors who can meet the Government's needs with respect Space Domain Awareness (SDA) operations. Our organization seeks to expand SDA beyond Geosynchronous orbit (GEO) by demonstrating object tracking of cooperative and non-cooperative targets past GEO using existing terrestrial and on-orbit assets. Present comparative assessment of individual and combinations of sensors for best right-now solution for tracking xGEO activity, with near-real time upload of observations to the Unified Data Library for Combatant Commanders use. The contractor will be responsible for taking multiple observations from different points on the earth or from space and from different times in the regime above GEO, converting them into information that can use for a - master observation. The master observation is defined by combining observations, leveraging scientific predictions and models to assess the position of an object and its trajectory. As such, the contractor will be required to accompany the Government to various observation points around the world. In conjunction with the requirements stated above, our organization requires assistance in mission planning, model trajectories above GEO, and use those mission profiles to information operations for a network of other sensors. If you believe your firm is capable of meeting the Government's needs, please submit a capability statement to walnerge.uran_ochoa.2@spaceforce.mil and cc cassandra.leza@spaceforce.mil. Please sure to include a cover letter with your firm's SAM registration information, highlighting any social-economic classifications (and corresponding NAICS) you firm currently holds.

Solicitation # FA251827RCNECTS
The Communications, Network, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology Services (CNECTS) acquisition is a high-priority effort by the Space Acquisition and Integration Office (SAIO) to consolidate multiple legacy IT support contracts into a single unified framework. The scope focuses on mission systems, technical control, and the standardization of network infrastructure via AFNET, with a specific emphasis on modernization through data-driven automation, Zero Trust Architecture, and secure DevOps. This effort is structured as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 517810, with an estimated value of approximately 330 million dollars. The procurement utilizes a phased Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) process rather than traditional FAR 15 procedures, consisting of a white paper submission, optional pitch sessions, and a final technical and price proposal. Evaluation is based on technical merit, importance to agency programs, and overall price and value, with a preference for a hybrid contract structure including firm-fixed-price and incentive-fee CLINs. The anticipated timeline includes a contract award on March 31, 2027, followed by a 60-day phase-in period and a base period starting June 1, 2027, extending through five option years and a final six-month extension.
