The project involves the development of a vacant parcel to build a one-story, approximately 1,598-square-foot home featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The scope of work is comprehensive, requiring the contractor to manage all labor, engineering, permits, and site development, including the installation of essential utilities such as well and septic systems, drainage, and access.
