The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) numbered VA786A-14-R-0003 entitled "Provide a new Roof to the Administration and Building Complex buildings at Camp Butler National Cemetery" will be posted on or about December 6, 2013, for Camp Butler National Cemetery, 5063 Camp Butler Road Springfield IL 62707. Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The dollar magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Provide for all labor and materials to provide a new roof for the Administration Building and Building Complex at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, Illinois. The work includes providing removing and disposing the existing roof and providing a complete new roof. Field investigate and measure prior to working and the ordering of any materials. The upper portion of the main roof and the two lower shed roofs shall be new EPDM with new insulation. All other roof areas are to be asphalt shingle. All work will be in accordance with the VA construction requirements, Federal and local code. The NAICS is 2238160 applies and size standard is $14.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
