The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is conducting market research for the Cle Elum Dam Fish Passage Facility Adult Facility construction. Principle components of the work consist of earthwork, building a temporary outlet works bypass, dewatering of site, cast-in-place concrete, miscellaneous metalwork, fish screens, complete operations building/facility and systems. E. Estimated period of performance: Fiscal Year 2022 through Fiscal Year 2024 F. Estimated Order of Magnitude: Between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000 G. Estimated NAICS: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction H. Estimated Size Standard: $39.5 Million I. Estimated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction J. Estimated Principal Components of work to be performed includes the following: 1. Excavation Support. 2. Reinforced Concrete Fish Ladder. 3. Fish screens and intake pipes. 4. Miscellaneous metalwork fabrications. 5. Earthwork. 6. Stilling Basin Floor Concrete Repair. 7. Reinforced Concrete Work. 8. Drilled Piers. 9. Dewatering / Unwatering of Site. 10. Demolition of Concrete. 11. Complete Adult Collection Facility and Systems. 12. Splitter Wall 13. Electrical Distribution System. 14. Controls and Monitoring Systems K. The intent of this notice is to identify potential interested offerors for the Cle Elum Dam Fish Passage Facility Adult Facility Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project. Reclamation is seeking qualified, experienced firm capable of providing the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the Principal Components of Work identified above and as identified within the project specifications and drawings (specifications and drawings are not available at this time).
