This Amendment adds Drawing E701 that was omitted from the original RFP. UPDATE: The Request for Proposal (RFP), Specifications, and Drawings for this procurement have now been uploaded effective January 22, 2010. The due date for proposals is February 23, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST to the party identified in Provision L entitled "Address Offer To:" of the RFP. UPDATE: The Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation including the Specifications and Drawings for this procurement have encountered processing delays. Be advised that these documents shall be uploaded here in PDF format no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, January 22, 2010. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for construction for "Audit Findings Elimination" (Phase 2) at the Fluid Modeling Facility, Page Road, RTP, NC. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated.In addition to price, the Government's evaluation of proposals is expected to include assessment of each offeror's past performance record. These evaluation factors are of equal importance. The anticipated contract performance period is 6 months after receipt of the notice to proceed. The estimated construction contract price is under $500,000. The solicitation will be released through the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about January 14, 2010.
