Y--DESIGN BUILD REPAIR AND UPGRADE THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM AROUND VARIOUS BUILDINGS AT NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY MECHANICSBURG PA

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic intends to award a design-build contract for the repair and upgrade of the storm drainage system around various buildings at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, PA. This project includes constructing facilities to collect and treat storm water runoff to reduce nitrogen, phosphorus, and suspended solids in accordance with environmental requirements. The contract is a firm fixed price construction project, with an estimated value between $1 million and $5 million, and is set aside exclusively for small businesses under NAICS code 237990. Offerors must perform at least 15 percent of the work with their own employees, excluding materials, and comply with the Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations for the Mechanicsburg area throughout the contract duration.
