NA The contractor will provide all the necessary equipment and labor to dredge sand and gravel at a given location as identified in the bid schedule. The dredging operation must be capable to dredge a minimum of 500 tons per hour. The contractor will dispos e of the dredged materials in the river at a site chosen by the Contracting Officer within one mile of the dredging operation. However, if the contractor can market the sand and reduce the total unit price, the applicable costs will be reflected in a bid option. This proposed procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 237990. Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, $17 Million in average annual gross revenue. Estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000. 00 and $200,000.00. This will be a requirements type contract with an estimated completion time of a base with 4 options years. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Government will award a contract from this invitation for bid to the respons ible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
