LOUIS, MO (PROJECT NO. 852CM3032) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting proposals under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-IB-0070 for the following: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, and supervision necessary for the installation of crypts and concrete box culvert restoration at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery as described herein and other specific task as further defined by this Invitation for Bids (IFB), drawings and specifications. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting proposals for the project under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-IB-0070 for the following: General Construction: All work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including but not limited to: demolition, site preparation, erosion control, excavation and grading, foundations, precast concrete crypts, concrete box culvert repair and replacement, paving, fencing, storm drainage system, irrigation system, landscaping, signage and site furnishings. Manufacture, deliver to the site and install 4,533 pre-cast concrete lawn crypts per drawings and specifications. Price shall include twenty (20) additional crypt lids, three (3) additional lifting apparatus and three (3) shelf lifting apparatus. MAGNITUDE OF COST: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 270 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. NAICS CODE: 237990 SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 Million METHOD OF AWARD: THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-RICE CONTRACT.
