Y--PROVIDE AND INSTALL PRE-FABRICATED BUILDING INCLUSIVE OF 7.5 TON OVERHEAD CRANE AT BLDG 4 BAY 6, TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT, TOBYHANNA PA.

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for a pre-fabricated building and overhead crane for Building 4 Bay 6, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: demolition of existing concrete loa ding dock and existing pavement; preparation of the existing site to include relocation of the existing fire service line; provide and erect a pre-engineered, insulated building approx. 65 ft x 200 ft x 63 ft high, to include: providing and installing a 7. 5 ton overhead bridge crane; HVAC; rain roof and floor drainage systems; electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems; site restoration, including grading, asphalt, paving, concrete work, storm water control, and associated construction. The contractor sha ll be responsible for providing a complete and accurate functional integration of the building and the crane so that the building and the crane are completely compatible. Extended warranties will be required on the building and equipment. Period of perfor mance is 120 calendar days. Estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. NAICS is 236210 (Industrial Building Construction) small business criteria, $28.5M. If the successful bidder is a large business submitting a bid in excess of $1,000,000.00, a subcontracting plan will be required. Solicitation number W25G1V-05-B-0002 applies.
