THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY ¿ The National Park Service has a requirement for the Repair of Seawalls at Sand Island at Apostle Islands NL in Lake Superior. This will be a sole source HubZone small business set aside. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. It is intended that this requirement will be awarded to Northern Wings Repair located in Newberry MI. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The Product Service Code is Y1PZ. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The National Park Service will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
